Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for our Palo Alto area fertility center. The APP will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, order tests, educate patients, and support medical management of fertility services.

The role requires NP or PA licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification in Women’s Health or Family NP, and NCCPA certification for PAs. Night/ weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority required.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women’s Health NP (WHNP) required.
• MSN or DNP required.
• Current state license as a Physician Assistant required.
• Current NCCPA certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed medical histories, review records, and perform physical exams.
• Conduct infertility evaluations and gynecologic assessments.
• Perform morning monitoring including ultrasound monitoring of cycles and IUI.
• Order, review, and interpret lab tests and imaging.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and provide referrals per state regulations.
• Counsel patients on fertility treatment plans and outcomes.
• Maintain EMR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
