Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Palo Alto, CA, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver high-level care in a premier fertility center. The APP assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients, orders tests, provides education, and supports fertility management in a collaborative team with physicians and nurses.

The role requires CA licensure with prescriptive authority or NCCPA certification for PA, and NP certification in family or women’s health.

Qualifications

• Current CA NP license with prescriptive authority or CA PA license.
• Board-certified NP (FNP/WHNP) or NCCPA-certified PA.
• MSN/DNP for NP or PA program completion.
• Experience in women’s health or fertility care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform infertility evaluations, including gynecologic exams and ultrasounds.
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physicians.
• Prescribe medications and arrange referrals as needed.
• Maintain EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care.
