Haleon in Berkeley Heights, NJ is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to connect Commercial functions with Supply Chain and execute end-to-end strategies for optimal customer service and inventory levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in Supply Chain, with experience in Power BI, Excel, and SAP. Location is hybrid with 3 in-office days and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain.
• Systems experience in Power BI, Excel, SAP.

Responsabilités

• Maintain/optimize customer service levels and inventory with flawless execution.
• Coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain across functions.
• Report OOS and provide supply status overview to Commercial team.
• Lead interactions with SC-Hub, Demand Forecasting, Marketing and Sales.
• Coordinate obsolescence/write-off management with stakeholders.
• Prepare and control reason codes for OTIF reporting.
• Facilitate SCIM I process weekly.
