Job summary

iNet is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize end-to-end flow from suppliers to customers, reporting to the CFO. You’ll own procurement strategy, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, and supplier performance management while collaborating with the Warehouse Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
• Experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools.
• Experience with S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and logistics/freight management.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for sourcing, procurement, demand planning, and logistics to support growth and service-level goals.
• Lead S&OP, including demand forecasting and supply plan alignment across sales, finance, and production.
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, performance scorecards, and risk mitigation.
• Build inventory models balancing service levels with carrying costs with warehouse coordination.
• Track and report KPIs like cost, lead time, fill rate, forecast accuracy; drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with finance, sales, manufacturing, and warehouse operations; support SAP and Sage Intacct implementation.
