Job summary

Haleon plc is seeking a Demand Planning Lead in Warren, NJ to align supply chains with business needs and lead collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will drive demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, and KPI delivery in a complex network.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and strong analytical capabilities. This onsite position is based at our Warren, NJ headquarters with opportunities for impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with exporting and manipulating large data sets within Excel and familiarity with key formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIFS etc.).
• Independent contributor who works with minimal supervision.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Proactive in leading and managing information and data from the supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality relationships with commercial teams to understand the supply chain impact.
• Generate and analyze baseline forecast to ensure robust demand signals.
• Support demand shaping through market intelligence and drive product lifecycle management.
• Analyze demand trends and competitive landscape.
• Consolidate demand, scenarios, and assumptions for Demand Review.
• Monitor demand plans for promotions and new products with commercial teams.
• Identify risk and opportunities to the demand forecast.
• Be accountable for shared KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, and Customer Metrics.
