Job summary

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator role connects Commercial functions to Supply Chain, ensuring alignment across demand planning, supply planning, and logistics to achieve optimal service levels and inventory on a regional scale.

You will drive OTIF risk mitigation, coordinate SKU transitions, and lead cross-functional meetings while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain.
• Systems experience in Power BI, Excel, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/optimize customer service levels and inventory.
• Coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain across functions.
• Lead weekly SCIM meetings and report OTIF risks.
• Collaborate with Demand Forecasting, Marketing and Sales.
