Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator in Warren, NJ, a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work. You will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, oversee inventory levels, and coordinate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to deploy strategies across the North America region.

The role emphasizes OTIF metrics, SLOB management, NPI status, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain.
• Systems experience in Power BI, Excel, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/optimize customer service levels and inventory.
• Coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain activities and OTIF reporting.
• Lead weekly SCIM meetings to discuss risk mitigation and supply issues.
• Support portfolio optimization and NPI status discussions.
