Job summary

Topco Associates LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage orders, analyze supply chain requests, and provide exceptional support to Members, regional grocery retailers and wholesalers across the US. The role is hybrid and based in Itasca, IL, offering exposure to SAP, Salesforce, and FourKites.

Ideal candidates have up to 1 year of experience, a four-year degree in business or related fields, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business, supply chain, agribusiness, finance, communications, or related area preferred, or combination of education and experience conferring equivalent skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Up to 1 year of previous work experience (internship or other part-time work)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Review and approve incoming orders through SAP to identify discrepancies and ensure orders transmit to suppliers
• Problem solve incoming Member and Vendor requests in Salesforce CRM, SAP, and FourKites
• Communicate with key stakeholders through Salesforce to ensure orders are shipped complete and on time
• Identify problematic order relationships and address root causes
• Develop and promote positive working relationships with Members, suppliers, and associates
• Utilize SAP and Excel to develop and analyze reports on supply issues
