Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to join its Supply Chain team in Warren, NJ. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive accurate forecasts and S&OP, ensuring KPI delivery across a complex network.

The role focuses on forecasting accuracy, risk management, and collaboration on promotions and product launches. Strong data skills and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with exporting and manipulating large data sets within Excel and familiarity with key formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIFS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with commercial teams to understand the full supply chain impact.
• Generate and analyze baseline forecasts for robust demand signals.
• Support demand shaping through market intelligence and lifecycle management with supply chain and commercial teams.
• Analyze demand trends and the competitive landscape.
• Consolidate demand, scenarios and assumptions for the Demand Review Meeting.
• Monitor demand plans for promotions and new products with the commercial teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities to the forecast and elevate to commercial teams.
• Own shared KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, OTIF, Daily Sales Conformance.
