Job summary

Resource Innovations in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support reporting, workflow development, data analysis, and program tracking. This hybrid role supports payment operations and financial controls within our growing energy transformation team.

You will coordinate with Accounting, Incentive Processing, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and compliant records while maintaining audit-ready files.

Qualifications

• Budget tracking tools and monthly/quarterly reporting templates.
• Manage program budgets, invoicing, subcontractor payments and funding allocations.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, AP, and incentive payments and resolve variances.
• Support end-to-end incentive processing and related accounting support.
• Review incentive data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve transactional issues.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation.
• Develop and validate internal and external reports.
• Create process docs and SOPs to support program mgmt.
• NJ residence or willingness to relocate to New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budget tracking tools and financial reports for updates.
• Manage program budgets and funding allocations while monitoring expenditures.
• Reconcile bank transactions and incentive payments; investigate variances.
• Support incentive processing, including batch prep and payment review.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely payment fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Incentive Processing, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Identify process improvements to optimize workflows.
