Job summary

Insulation Labs is seeking a New Construction Insulation Sales Representative to drive sales, build relationships with builders, contractors, and architects, and manage client accounts in the new construction market.

You will promote insulation solutions, identify opportunities, and support clients through the sales cycle, collaborating with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or insulation sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and communicate knowledge of insulation products, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills for win-win solutions.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities for multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities
