Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a New Business Development Coordinator to join the New Business Development & Outside Sales team on a hybrid onsite schedule. The role centers on new enterprise development and project coordination for carbon-neutral industrial metal projects.

You will drive strategies, collaborate with customers, and coordinate cross-department efforts across engineering and logistics, while working with vendors on deliverables.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead new business development strategies and outside sale activities for new enterprise projects, including project planning and coordination support.
• Collaborate with customers/stakeholders on new implementations, integrations and custom solutions for their current and future needs.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication between engineering, logistics, and outside stakeholders for project advancement.
• Collaborate with vendors on project deliverables from start to finish.
• Support project decisions through regular cost-benefit analysis.
