Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent enterprise networking experience.
• 10–15 years of hands-on enterprise network experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud networking, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and document enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and wireless systems.
• Develop network standards, reference architectures, and strategic roadmaps.
• Evaluate technologies and plan adoption for scalability and security.
• Provide technical supervision and mentorship to the network team.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of network initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT change management processes and vendor relations.
