Qualifications

• Regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance to identify outages and escalate issues.
• Communicate with maintenance technicians for updates.
• Prioritize, assign, and dispatch work for maintenance technicians.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance through system monitoring tools.
• Record accurate outage and maintenance data.
