Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in telecommunications or similar.
• Ability to perform routine dispatching functions and use instant messaging.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outage tracking and escalation via system monitoring tools.
• Communicate with maintenance technicians to gather updates and ensure safety.
• Prioritize, assign, and dispatch work for maintenance technicians.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance using system monitoring tools.
• Record outage and maintenance data accurately in the database.
• Answer inbound calls from technicians and provide timely support.
• Monitor outage detection tools and verify channel status.
