Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in telecom, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years in telecommunications or a related field.
• Ability to perform routine dispatching functions and use IM tools.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Proficiency with Office tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outage tracking and escalation using system monitoring tools.
• Communicate with maintenance technicians to gather updates and ensure safety.
• Prioritize, assign, and dispatch work for technicians via Workforce Management.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance using monitoring tools.
• Maintain accurate outage/maintenance records in the database.
• Handle inbound calls from technicians and provide timely support.
• Monitor outage detection tools and verify channel status across the system.
• Other duties as assigned.
