Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, based in White Plains, NY, is hiring a Network Account Administrator for a hybrid role. The position supports account provisioning, access management, and issue resolution across network systems.

The candidate will manage Active Directory and Exchange attributes, respond to access requests, and collaborate to streamline procedures. Weekend hours are included, with a flexible weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of relevant enterprise account administration experience.
• Minimum two years’ related experience in enterprise account administration.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and delete network accounts in provisioning systems.
• Troubleshoot account issues and respond to access requests.
• Set up network accounts for new/returning hires before first day.
• Configure access for applications and distribution lists.
• Deactivate accounts for terminated staff.
• Process changes of status, location and name requests.
• Maintain records of special access requests and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Network Provisioning Coordinator to improve workflows.
