Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in White Plains, NY is seeking a Network Account Administrator to manage user identities, create and update accounts, and troubleshoot access issues in a hybrid environment.

This role covers weekend hours plus a weekday evening, requires strong Active Directory and Exchange knowledge, attention to detail and confidentiality, and collaboration with Network Provisioning staff to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of account and group management processes.
• Thorough knowledge of Active Directory accounts, groups, and Exchange attributes.
• Knowledge of database queries and reporting.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office apps (Excel).
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up network accounts for new and returning hires.
• Configures access for accounts across systems.
• Deactivates accounts for terminated staff.
• Handles status, location, and name changes.
• Responds to access requests and inquiries.
• Collaborates with Network Provisioning Coordinator to improve procedures.
• Supports network systems staff and develops process improvements.
• Maintains records of special access requests.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills.
