The position blends customer advocacy, analytics, and operational execution to improve processes and support scalable growth, partnering with Sales, Operations, Transportation, Planning, and Finance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in a professional or operational environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), including building/maintaining spreadsheets, using basic formulas, and summarizing data into clear updates and recommendations.
• Experience using data to prioritize work, identify trends, and drive proactive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-cash execution with a focus on service reliability, speed, and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand demand patterns and growth plans.
• Provide timely, high-quality support across phone/email and digital platforms (e.g., Salesforce/ERP).
• Manage and prioritize work across day-to-day execution and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities using data to find root causes and quantify impact.
