Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of event planning, event logistics, meeting planning, or related experience.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and event operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable traveling nationally and working occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for nationwide fundraising events, including 5Ks, galas, and other development initiatives.
• Manage vendors, contracts, permits, event materials, registration, volunteers, and on-site event operations.
• Track event budgets, process invoices, and reconcile expenses to ensure successful event execution.
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, and distribution of event supplies across multiple locations.
• Maintain event calendars and collaborate with internal teams to support sponsorship fulfillment and event planning.
• Provide end-to-end event support, from planning through post-event evaluation.
