Qualifications

• 4 years of substantive experience as a commercial title processor, coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience assisting senior underwriters in evaluating complex transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial title insurance, underwriting principles, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Open and establish new transaction files with accurate records.
• Review purchase, loan, and title documents to identify title issues and risks.
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial title orders from opening to close.
• Assist senior underwriters by gathering and organizing documentation.
