Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate title and survey experience.
• Strong title review, survey review, and due diligence skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; law firm or title company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, surveys, endorsements, and related diligence materials.
• Analyze title issues and coordinate solutions with attorneys.
• Support transactions ranging from single assets to large property portfolios.
• Manage due diligence deliverables and closing timelines.
• Partner with attorneys, title companies, and other transaction parties.
