STAT Courier in Missouri is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth nationwide. You will work with Operations, Outreach, Marketing and the VP Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close new business.

The role is hybrid at Lake St. Louis, MO location; requires 1+ years sales or business development, strong communication, prospecting and negotiation skills; bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive salary and health benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years sales and/or business development experience.
• Advanced computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, develop and close sales for STAT Courier nationwide.
• Perform market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead sales prospecting and develop go-to-market plans.
• Create and execute marketing strategies for new clients.
• Attend trade shows and industry events while presenting STAT Courier positively.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiencies and ensure alignment with market strategies.
• Respond to inquiries with the outreach and marketing teams and develop marketing materials.
