PMR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple primary care clinics in Indiana. This hands-on leadership role requires strong clinical operations knowledge and staff development, with a focus on consistent workflows and quality care.

You will manage day-to-day workflows, staffing, performance metrics, audits, and regulatory compliance, traveling 50–65% between sites. The role begins with one remote workday per week and is hybrid across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of healthcare management or clinical leadership experience.
• Experience managing or supervising clinical healthcare staff.
• Experience overseeing day‑to‑day operations within a primary care clinic or similar setting.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively between assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple primary care clinic locations.
• Lead, supervise, train, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Monitor staffing needs, scheduling, productivity, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with PMR policies, HIPAA, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Travel between locations to provide onsite support as needed.
