TKC Holdings, Inc, a provider in corrections and hospitality services, seeks a General Manager to oversee multiple facilities. You’ll train staff, manage food service operations, and ensure compliance with internal policies and laws, reporting to the Director of Projects. Hybrid onsite work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will drive sanitary operations, cost control, data reporting, and contractor coordination while maintaining high service standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED with equivalent experience accepted.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• At least five years of food service experience in a correctional setting.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering, receiving and cost control.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; multi-unit supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage team members in general food service practices.
• Direct team members to ensure rules and security guidelines are followed.
• Maintain product service quality by evaluations and investigating complaints.
• Oversee food service operations ensuring compliance with internal procedures and laws.
• Ensure sanitary food service environment following Health Department codes.
• Maintain on-site reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and activity data.
• Maintain contract compliance and cost control.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
