Job summary

beBright is seeking a Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across up to six Midwest practice locations and drive standardization, growth, and an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires regular travel, strong leadership of practice leaders and staff, and a focus on data-driven performance improvements in alignment with beBright’s goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of multi-site management, regional operations, or healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading managers and/or multi-location teams.
• Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of ~6 practice locations in the Midwest.
• Partner with Practice Administrators, Partner Doctors, and Associates to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead, coach, and develop Practice Administrators with clear expectations and action plans.
• Monitor KPIs (Net Production, Completed Appointments, Ortho Starts, New Patients, EBITDA, etc.) using BI and PM systems.
• Analyze performance trends and develop improvement action plans with local leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and financial performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with Practice Administrators and leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support growth and new patient acquisition.
• Ensure accurate coding, UCR updates, and billing practices across locations.
• Promote consistent processes and share best practices for continuous improvement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development with HR.
• Ensure compliance with policies, employment standards, and company procedures.
