Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Build relationships that lead to long-term renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Proactively spot risks and develop action plans.
• Bring client feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Partner with teams to move initiatives forward.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and technical configurations.
• Conduct virtual or onsite client visits to strengthen relationships.
