FusionTek is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to own a portfolio of clients as the face of the company. Hybrid role with remote work and occasional travel to client meetings in the Greater Seattle area.

You'll champion clients, drive retention, and coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, and Leadership to deliver value. The role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and CRM proficiency, with opportunities for hands-on ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• B2B experience in customer service or business development.
• Greater Seattle Area resident.

Responsibilities

• Champion your clients — be their primary contact, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
• Drive retention and growth — build relationships that lead to renewals and expand value.
• Keep a pulse on account health — spot risks, resolve issues, and plan actions before problems grow.
• Bridge the gap between client and company — relay feedback to internal teams for service improvements.
• Coordinate across teams — partner with Project Managers, Sales, and Leadership to move initiatives forward.
• Manage details that matter — maintain accurate client records and configurations.
• Show up where it counts — conduct virtual or onsite visits as needed to strengthen relationships.
