Responsibilities

• Monitor mailboxes – Manages the workflow coming through the multiple department mailboxes.
• Lien Release – Prepares and records satisfaction of lien releases with county clerks, state agencies, or the DMV.
• Assignment of Mortgage – Prepares and executes assignments.
• Collateral Tracking – Inspects and reviews original collateral files, mortgage notes, deeds of trust, and assignments.
• Customer Service – Assists mortgage servicing, customer service teams, title companies, external vendors, and legal entities to research and resolve title related issues.
