Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential mortgage lending, closing, or related financial services.
• Solid knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with LOS and electronic document management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review approved mortgage loan files for completeness and readiness to close.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate closing documents per loan terms and regulations.
• Coordinate closing dates and locations with borrowers, officers, processors, and title companies.
• Review disclosures for accuracy and consistency with loan terms.
• Ensure disclosures and documentation are properly executed and returned.
• Communicate closing requirements with settlement agents, title companies, and attorneys.
• Verify closing packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to funding.
• Identify and resolve closing discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Coordinate loan funding after closing conditions are satisfied.
• Document and prep files for post-closing review and delivery to investors.
