Job summary

Credit Union of Colorado seeks a Mortgage Loan Processor to originate and move mortgage loans from application through underwriting to final approval. You will collaborate with branches and the call center to deliver accurate guidance while maintaining a strong member relationship.

The role requires an understanding of TRID/RESPA, accurate document handling, and adherence to lending policies. NMLS registration is a plus; hybrid work is available in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of mortgage processing or member service experience.
• Experience with mortgage applications and TRID/RESPA compliance preferred.
• NMLS registration ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process mortgage loans following policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with branches and centers to provide timely mortgage guidance.
• Submit applications to underwriting and clear conditions to final approval.
• Maintain loan pipeline and ensure accurate documentation and disclosures.
