Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server administration (backup/restore/security), and Windows Server.
• Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation knowledge.
• Understanding of backup and recovery processes.
• General networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System and Cloud Operations: monitor, patch, and maintain systems and cloud environments.
• Azure Administration: manage VMs, storage, and networking.
• SQL Database Administration: backups, user management, and performance support.
• Backup and Recovery: regular backups and recovery testing.
• Automation Support: write and maintain basic PowerShell scripts.
• System Security: apply updates and security controls.
• Documentation: maintain logs and configuration records.
• User Support: provide tier-1 and tier-2 support.
