Job summary

Homebridge Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a hybrid infrastructure, including on‑premises servers and cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. The role emphasizes stability, security, and efficient operation of core IT systems.

You will collaborate with IT leadership and Support Specialists to manage cybersecurity, compliance, automation, and end‑user support in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows-based servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Monitor and patch systems to meet HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance and security standards.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist with endpoint management (MDM, antivirus, encryption, asset tracking).
• Document systems, workflows, and changes; participate in security reviews.
