Cinter Networks, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Manager in New York. You will lead the delivery of Microsoft cloud services, align with customers and engineering teams, and drive service improvements in a dynamic hybrid environment.

The role requires strong IT service management experience, customer leadership, and knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and M365. Hybrid work arrangement in NY with competitive benefits is offered.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years in IT service management or related field.
• 3+ years in customer-facing leadership (Service Manager / Delivery Manager).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune or related cloud services.
• Experience coordinating Service Desk/L1/L2/L3, Security/SOC, and external vendors.
• Proven ability to manage escalations, major incidents, SLAs/KPIs, and service improvements.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS/IS/Business.

Mansioni

• Oversee service quality across Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for service-related matters and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage customer expectations, priorities, and service escalations.
• Lead service reviews and communicate performance results, risks, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate major incidents and changes with production teams and security partners.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and overall service performance; prepare reports.
