Job summary

Cinter Networks, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Managed Services Manager in New York with hybrid work options.

You will oversee delivery of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and 365 services, building strong customer relationships and coordinating across engineering, security, and vendors. Responsibilities include service leadership, incident management, and project governance, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost-efficient operations in a dynamic cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of IT service management or related cloud/infra experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune or related cloud services.
• Experience coordinating Service Desk, L1/L2/L3 engineering, security/SOC and vendors.
• Proven experience handling escalations, incidents, SLAs and service improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service quality and performance across Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Lead service reviews, communicate results, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate major incidents and production changes with stakeholders.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Manage projects from planning to delivery, on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
