Job summary

IT Services in New York is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Managed Services Manager to oversee delivery and continuous improvement of Microsoft cloud services, including Entra ID, 365, and Intune. Qualifications

5–8+ years of IT service management, managed services, cloud operations, or related field.
3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role (Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Managed Services Manager).
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, or related cloud services.

Responsibilities

Oversee service quality and performance across Microsoft cloud platforms.
Serve as primary contact for service-related matters and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage customer expectations, priorities, and service escalations.
Lead regular service reviews and communicate performance results, risks, and improvement plans.
Coordinate major incidents and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
