Cinter Technology is seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Manager in NY to oversee Microsoft cloud services delivery, drive continuous improvements, and manage cross-functional teams. You will lead service reviews, escalations, and governance to ensure high-quality outcomes for customers.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in IT service management, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IT service management, managed services, cloud operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing leadership role, such as Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
• Experience coordinating Microsoft cloud services (365, Entra ID, Intune) and working with service teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service quality and performance across Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact for service-related matters and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage customer expectations, priorities, and service escalations.
• Lead regular service reviews and communicate performance results, risks, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate major incidents and changes to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact.
