Job summary

Hyve is seeking a Sales Recruiter on a six‑month fixed‑term contract in Miami to deliver high‑volume sales recruitment across US events and brands. You’ll handle 20–25 live requisitions, partnering with hiring managers to source top talent and maintain a fast, engaging candidate experience.

This hybrid role is based in our Miami office, reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a focus on proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and end-to-end process management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end sales recruitment within the US market.
• Strong direct-sourcing and headhunting capability using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience managing 20–25 requisitions simultaneously with pace and accuracy.
• Understanding of sales profiles and capability assessment.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to challenge and advise hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for approximately 20–25 US-based sales vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and recruitment plans.
• Source and engage sales talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.
• Build pipelines across various sales roles and levels.
• Screen candidates against required skills and experience.
• Coordinate structured interview processes and keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support decisions.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer and handover.
• Support offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding handovers with the People Team.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and regular pipeline updates.
• Reduce reliance on external agencies by proactive sourcing.
