Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Merchandise FP&A in Bolingbrook, IL to own category financial performance and lead forecasting, budgeting, and analytic initiatives.

You will partner with Merchandising, Planning and Accounting leadership, develop a team of analysts, and drive profitability through actionable insights and executive-ready reporting. This hybrid role requires presence in the Bolingbrook office part-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive financial experience, preferably retail or consumer products.
• Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, profitability analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights and presentations.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and partner across functions and levels.

Responsabilités

• Own category financial performance, including monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Serve as strategic finance partner to Merchandising and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead financial performance analysis and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate merchandising strategies, brand profitability, and investments.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.
