You will partner with leadership to translate data into actionable insights that drive cost optimization and investment decisions. You will develop driver-based models, coach a high‑performing FP&A team, and prepare leadership materials that clearly communicate risks,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive financial experience in FP&A or supply chain finance.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics; MBA preferred.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills linking operational activity to financial results.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint; proficient with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Distribution Centers, Engineering & Facilities, and Supply Chain Strategy.
• Develop financial plans, forecasts, and insights to support performance and cost optimization.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build models connecting operations to expenses and investments.
• Provide financial support for Supply Chain initiatives and business cases.
• Prepare leadership materials communicating performance and risks.
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes with variance analysis.
