Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a FastPay Analyst in Memphis, TN with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 2 days per week). The role supports the Distribution Services team, focusing on accurate compensation term execution across a global partner network.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel to handle high-volume tasks and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume, time-sensitive work.
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze FastPay commission payment data to develop objective recommendations and action plans.
• Support the commission payment lifecycle, including research activities, internal controls, reconciliations, and special projects.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of hotel supporting documentation against invoices, resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate, document, and communicate payment variances and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and customer service to Hilton-branded properties and meeting planner companies.
