ManpowerGroup is seeking a FastPay Analyst in Memphis, TN, offering a hybrid arrangement (onsite 2 days/week). You will research and analyze FastPay data, support the commission payment lifecycle, and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate payments across a global partner network.

Strong Excel and communication skills are essential. The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with high-volume, time-sensitive work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze FastPay commission payment data to develop objective recommendations and action plans.
• Support the commission payment lifecycle, including research activities, internal controls, reconciliations, and special projects.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of hotel supporting documentation against meeting planner company invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate, document, and communicate payment variances and resolution outcomes to the right stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and customer service support to Hilton-branded properties and meeting planner companies regarding approvals, required documentation, and meeting pickup reporting.
