Responsibilities

• Research information, analyze data, and develop objective recommendations.
• Manage the commission payment lifecycle, including reconciliations and projects.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of documents and invoices, resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate, document, and communicate payment variances and outcomes.
• Provide guidance to Hilton properties across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Assist with payment adjustments and timely resolution of issues.
• Deliver customer service support to planner companies and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist implementations.
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects.
