Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a Member Support Specialist in Alpharetta, GA to assist members with questions and complaints, using knowledge of payment and loyalty programs and collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of helpdesk or call center experience, strong communication, integrity, and a desire to learn daily. The role offers a 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time schedule with potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a helpdesk/call center environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional and courteous interaction with customers at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Address member inquiries professionally to build positive relationships and long-term memberships.
• Resolve issues efficiently, contributing to the company’s bottom line.
• Monitor email queue and handle member inquiries and questions.
• Follow up to member inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner.
• Work on special short-term projects to offer customized support for new programs.
• Stay updated on product and program knowledge with Management Team.
• Handle confidential customer information with integrity.
