Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Hybrid Agent in Gainesville to balance teller duties with member services and to provide superior support to members in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to educate members on digital banking solutions while promoting cross-sell opportunities. This position supports multiple branch offices in the Atlanta area and offers full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.
• Comfortable working with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
• Must be flexible in relieving multiple branch offices and willing to work Saturdays.
• Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including BSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle account entries with a high level of accuracy to maintain the credit union’s image.
• Provide superior service to members and guest members.
• Educate members on digital solutions (mobile, online, Zelle, ATM).
• Identify financial needs and promote, refer, and cross-sell products with integrity.
• Process consumer loan applications and supporting documents.
• Open, close, and maintain member accounts.
• Identify and report suspicious activity and fraud.
• Serve as a Notary Public as directed by management.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure security of cash and documents.
• Cover concierge desk duties as assigned by management.
• Assist management with daily opening and closing tasks.
• Flexible in daily work schedule across the Atlanta area.
