Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a financial branch environment or in retail sales.
• Ability to pass a background check including credit, drug screen, and criminal background.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or digitally.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other credit union services.
• Open/close consumer and business membership accounts and handle account maintenance.
• Assist with loan applications, explain loan decisions, and witness signatures.
• Educate members on available services and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Document member interactions in the CRM/IRM system and follow up as needed.
• Support branch operations and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
