Job summary

Qualifications

• Positive customer service attitude with excellent verbal and written communication.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; college degree preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate critical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a membership association or high-volume environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, email correspondence, and online chat support from ACP members and customers.
• Process transactions including product orders, dues payments, registrations, refunds, and other adjustments.
• Provide support navigating ACP websites, apps, and e-commerce.
• Navi gate our customer relationship management system and data entry tasks.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as required.
