Sharonview Federal Credit Union in Indian Land, SC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to members, answer inbound calls, and guide them through transactions and account features. You will help members understand options, suggest relevant products, and resolve issues on the spot when possible, backed by training and opportunities for advancement in a mission-driven

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Fluency in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Friendly and clear verbal and written communication.
• Solid tech skills with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Calm, helpful attitude even when things get busy.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions is a plus.
• Great communication—listening, explaining, and being awesome with people.
