Qualifications

• Direct credit union collections experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place restrictions on lines of credit and deposits within authority.
• Evaluate payment arrangements and workout options.
• Engage members to establish sustainable payment plans.
• Maintain organized electronic records and accurate notes.
• Skip-trace to locate current contact information.
