Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento, CA seeks a dynamic Supervisor - Business Member Support Servicing to lead the Business Member Support Team and drive service excellence. This exempt role reports to the Manager - Business Account and Loan Servicing and focuses on coaching, performance management, onboarding, and process improvements for business members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 6+ years of progressive leadership roles required.
• Business Banking Account and Loan Servicing experience within a financial institution.
• Leadership experience in team management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of member excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the BMS team.
• Assist with escalated complex matters to ensure member satisfaction.
• Supervise the Business Member Support Team to align with strategic objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely document reviews.
• Implement innovative initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness for business members.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning to address potential concerns.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members for skill enhancement.
• Monitor call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity; provide coaching as needed.
• Onboard new Golden 1 Business members and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain team productivity with clear performance expectations and regular feedback.
• Foster a member-centric environment and strong relationships with business members.
• Support the Department Manager in planning, goal setting, and performance evaluation.
• Drive digital transformation and empower the team to embrace innovation.
